I conduct all evaluation services directly. I do not hire psychometrists/interns/students to conduct testing services.
Assessment involves a brief telephone intake, a clinical interview with the patient, and (with consent) interviews and gathering of additional collateral data from family members/caregivers. The evaluation also includes a review of medical and other records pertinent to the reason for referral, consultations with physicians and other treatment providers, and feedback to review results and discuss treatment recommendations, and future care planning.
